While putting together our plastic shoeboxes for Operation Christmas Child a couple weeks ago, Bill and I were confronted with an alarming realization: Our knowledge of geography is lacking.

Interesting...my immediate thought (without googling to see if there is such a place called Chain) was that this was a spoof on China since they have so many human rights violations in labor. Sweatshops, child labor, etc. People in chains making so many of the products we consume...
