So, I've decided to start a blog... It's the thing to do, right?
After reading through a couple of friends' blogs for the past, oh, 8 months, the thought FINALLY occurs to me... "Hey, why don't I start one for our family?"
We are hoping this will be a place for family to drop in and keep up with our little munchkins... If I can figure it out, I'll post pictures and videos semi-frequently. And funny little stories of things going on at our house...
In August, we traveled to San Diego where Bill was attending an AVID conferrence. Living in a hotel room as a family of four was sometimes challenging, but we survived. Bill walked away from the whole week saying, "well, at least we now know that we could survive in a studio apartment if we had to." Pray we never have to. :)
We spent one evening in La Jolla where Lexy was able to expend some of her boundless energy chasing bubbles. Daddy had a great time snapping pictures of his two little girls in such a picturesque spot.

How we found Lexy one night about 11pm.... She had taken off her pajama pants and diaper and then fell asleep.
One of our family favorite activites this summer was visiting Underwood Family Farms to pick fruits and veggies. Lexy LOVES picking strawberries and raspberries! She obviously likes eating them too! :)
For all her cute moments, there are plenty of "Being 2" moments as well. Thought I'd share some of her 2-ness with you. We have tantrums quite frequently these days... The camera is always close at hand. :)
